🧑💻 Position Overview
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, solving user problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through email, phone, or chat support.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Respond to tech support queries via phone, email, or chat

Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues, OS problems, and software glitches

Record, escalate, and resolve issues per SLA

Perform remote diagnosis and resolution

🧠 Required Skills
